Refund Policy

If you paid more than you owe, or a payment was made by mistake, the extra amount is refundable to you.

What is refundable

Any excess amount or any payment made by mistake will be refunded after the college office verifies it.
Excess paymentYou paid more than the outstanding fee for your course or installment.
Duplicate paymentThe same fee was paid twice, for example by retrying an online payment that had already gone through.
Wrong student or collegeThe payment was made against another student's account or the wrong college of the trust.
Amount debited, payment failedMoney left your bank or UPI account but no receipt was generated.
Wrong amount enteredA typing mistake meant a higher amount was paid than intended.
Fee revised after paymentA scholarship, concession or fee change was applied after you had already paid the full amount.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Contact the accounts section of your college office, in person or by email.
  2. Give your name, register / PRN number, course and the receipt number, or the payment / UPI transaction ID.
  3. Attach proof of payment, such as the receipt or a bank statement.
  4. Give the bank account details where the refund should be sent, if it is not going back to the original payment method.

How and when you get the money

  • Online payments are refunded to the same card, bank account or UPI ID used for the payment.
  • Cheque or DD payments are refunded by bank transfer to the student's or parent's account.
  • Refunds are processed within 15 working days after the office approves the request. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.
  • A failed online payment that was debited is usually reversed automatically by the payment gateway within 5–7 working days, without any request.
  • Instead of a refund, you may ask for the excess amount to be adjusted against your next installment.

Please note

  • The refund amount is limited to the excess or mistaken amount. Fees correctly paid and due are not covered by this policy.
  • Refunds for cancellation of admission follow the rules of the college and the university / regulating authority.
  • Requests should be made as early as possible, and within the same academic year as the payment.
If an online payment is pending, do not pay again. Wait for the receipt or contact the office first.
